What a failed call returns, and the cases that are not bugs.
A failed call returns a short error. These are the cases scripts hit.
| Situation | What you get |
| Missing or unknown key | Unauthorized. The key must belong to this workspace |
text outside the 24-hour window | Rejected. Send an approved template |
| Template not approved | Rejected. Status must be approved |
| Contact opted out | The send is skipped |
| Wallet short of the estimate | The send is refused until a top-up is captured |
| Plan has no API | Keys cannot be created. API is on Pro |

Voice calling, the flow builder, the AI agent, Shopify, and WooCommerce are not endpoints yet.
