Service messages inside an open care window follow Meta’s current rules, including any free monthly quota. The campaign screen uses the same rates as the wallet.
Meta can revise the card. Check Meta’s WhatsApp pricing page before you lock a large budget. The figure in Zyptos is the rate that will be debited.
