First API call

Create a contact, then send an approved template.

Create a key in Settings. The secret is shown once.
POST /api/v1/contacts with name and phone in E.164.
POST /api/v1/messages with to and an approved template.

A second contact request with the same phone updates that person. Template sends return { "id": "msg_…", "status": "queued" }.
