These terms cover use of Zyptos, a product of Yoorie. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

The service

Zyptos lets you connect a WhatsApp Business number, reply as a team, manage templates, and send broadcasts. You are responsible for opt-in, opt-out, and for following Meta’s messaging and commerce policies. You connect a number you are allowed to use.

Fees

The subscription is the price of the plan you choose, excluding GST. Meta’s per-template fees are passed through at the rate shown in the product, with no Zyptos markup, and are separate from the subscription. Wallet balances are for those Meta fees.

Coming soon

The AI agent, AI voice calling, the visual flow builder, and direct Shopify and WooCommerce connections are described on the site as coming soon. They are not part of the service until they are released. Keyword replies, the inbox, broadcasts, templates, and Razorpay billing are available now.

Acceptable use

Do not use Zyptos to message people who have not agreed to hear from you, to send prohibited content, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend a workspace that puts the connected number, or other customers, at risk.
