This policy describes how Zyptos, a product of Yoorie, handles workspace data.

What we store

Account details you give us (name, email, business name), contacts and tags you import, WhatsApp messages sent and received through the workspace, templates, campaign results, and billing records including wallet entries.

Why

We use that data to run the inbox, send the messages you ask us to send, show Meta’s fees, and support the workspace. Each workspace’s data is queried with its own tenant id. We do not sell contact lists.

WhatsApp and payments

Message content is processed so it can be delivered on the WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta’s own terms apply to that traffic. Plan payments and wallet top-ups are processed by Razorpay.

AI features

When an AI feature is available and you use it, the prompt you submit may be sent to the model provider configured for the workspace. Do not paste data you are not allowed to share.
