Is the Free plan really free forever?+

Yes. One agent, 1,000 contacts, the inbox, and keyword replies. Template messages still cost Meta’s rate.

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API number?+

You connect a number you already own through Meta’s Embedded Signup. Messages go out on the WhatsApp Cloud API for that number.

Do you add any markup to message fees?+

No. The estimate and the wallet use the same India rate card, with a ₹0 markup.

Can I switch plans?+

Yes, from Billing. Paid plans open Razorpay Checkout. Free stays free.

Will I get the green tick?+
