Wallet ledger

Subscription rows, top-ups, and Meta-fee debits.

The wallet is a ledger. A broadcast is allowed when the balance covers the estimate.

Kind	Effect
subscription	Plan charge. Not part of the message balance
topup	Razorpay order captured into the wallet
meta_fee	Debit at Meta’s category rate when a template is accepted

Estimate before a send with POST /api/v1/messages/estimate and { "category": "utility", "recipients": 100 }. The amount is the category rate times recipients. There is no Zyptos markup field.

Changing a plan and paying a top-up are help-centre tasks. Prices exclude GST.
