Tags and custom fields

Tags are a list of labels, such as Repeat buyer or COD pending. A broadcast can target one tag.

Custom fields are a free-form object: city, last order id, or the date someone agreed to hear from you.

CSV import expects a header row with name and phone. Optional columns are email, tags separated by |, and anything else, which becomes a custom field.
