Delivery statuses
queued, sent, delivered, read, and failed, as Meta reports them.
A template send is accepted into the queue, then updated when Meta posts a status to /api/webhooks/meta.
| Status | Meaning |
| queued | Accepted by Zyptos, not yet handed to Meta |
| sent | Meta accepted the message |
| delivered | The handset received it. This is the billable event |
| read | The person opened it, when read receipts are on |
| failed | Meta or the send rejected it. error explains why |
Broadcasts fan the same template out in batches and retry a failed row. Opted-out phones are skipped and do not become recipient rows that send.
