Shopify

Order, shipping, COD, and abandoned checkout messages from the store you already run.

Shopify is part of the Commerce module (₹399/mo). Pro can include it with a plan slot. Business includes it.

Open Integrations and connect the shop domain.
Paste the Admin API access token from a custom app, or start OAuth when SHOPIFY_API_KEY is set. In mock mode, OAuth stores a mock token.
Zyptos registers webhooks for orders, fulfillments, and checkouts. The callback is /api/webhooks/shopify. Shopify signs the body with your API secret. Set that secret on the connection so live mode can verify X-Shopify-Hmac-Sha256.
Turn on order confirmation, shipping update, COD confirmation, and abandoned checkout. Each one names an approved template.
COD confirmation listens for Confirm or Cancel. Zyptos tags the Shopify order COD-confirmed or COD-cancelled.

Abandoned checkout waits for the delay you set, then sends the template. In mock mode the delay is applied by the in-process queue immediately so you can see the message.

Use Send sample event on the card to run an order, a shipment, or a checkout without a store.
