Incoming webhooks

Map a JSON payload from Zapier, Make, or Pabbly onto a template.

Incoming webhooks are included on every plan.

Create a hook and copy the URL. The token is encrypted. The owner can see it again on the card.
Set the JSON paths for phone, name, and {{1}} through {{3}}.
Paste a sample payload and send a test before you turn the automation on.

POST /api/hooks/in/<token> with a JSON body. A missing phone returns 400. A successful call sends the template, or a short text if the template name is empty.
