Outgoing webhooks

Signed events, retries with backoff, and a delivery log.

Outgoing webhooks are included from Starter, with the public API.

Events: message.received, message.status, contact.created, campaign.completed, payment.*, and order.*.

The header X-Zyptos-Signature is t=<unix>,v1=<hex>. v1 is HMAC SHA-256 of <unix>.<raw body> using the endpoint secret.

A failed delivery retries after 30 seconds, 2 minutes, 10 minutes, and 1 hour. The queue is pg-boss when a database is configured, and an in-process queue in mock mode. Resend from the delivery log starts the sequence again.

The body is { id, event, createdAt, data }.
