Getting started
Create your workspace
Start free, name the business, and open the inbox.
- Choose Start free and enter your name, work email, and a password.
- Name the business when you finish setup. That name is the workspace.
- Connect the WhatsApp number from onboarding or Settings.
- Draft the first templates. They stay drafts until you submit them to Meta.
- Invite a teammate from Settings. They sign up with the same email address.
The sidebar is Home, Inbox, Campaigns, Templates, Contacts, Automations, Billing, and Settings.
