The AI agent is coming soon on Pro and Business.
It will answer from notes you upload, say so when the answer is not in those notes, and hand the chat to a person.
Until then, use keyword replies for the questions you can predict, and the inbox for everything else.
Voice calling is a separate coming-soon feature on Business. Zyptos does not place calls.
