Why did my quality rating drop?

Quality is shown as high, medium, or low on the connected number. Meta lowers it when people block or report the business.

1. Pause broadcasts to people who did not opt in.
2. Honour STOP. Zyptos already skips opted-out contacts.
3. Reply inside the 24-hour window when someone writes to you.

Zyptos displays the value it last received from Meta. There is no override.
