Connect WhatsApp
Use a new number, or keep the one in the WhatsApp Business app.
- Sign in and open onboarding, or Settings if the workspace already exists.
- Choose Use a new number, or Use my existing WhatsApp Business app number if you want to keep using the app.
- Click Connect WhatsApp. A Facebook window opens. Sign in, confirm the business, and pick the number.
- Come back to Zyptos. The page shows Connected, Pending, or Needs attention, plus message quality and the daily conversation limit.
You need a Facebook account, a business website or Facebook page, and a number that can receive an SMS or a phone call.
If the button says WhatsApp connection is being set up by your administrator, the workspace is not ready yet. Nothing is broken on your side.
Disconnect is on the same card. Reconnect uses the same steps. WABA ID and Phone number ID sit under Advanced details, for support.
The number remains yours. Zyptos does not issue a shared sender. People who keep the WhatsApp Business app can still reply there. New chats and older chats sync into the inbox when Meta sends them.
