Template spec
Name, category, variables, and the status Meta returns.
A template is the only payload the Cloud API accepts outside the customer-care window.

Variables are a name, an order id, or a short string. A variable must not be a full sentence. Each one needs a sample before submit.
Status moves from draft to pending when the template is submitted, then to approved or rejected when Meta replies. Sync reads that decision back onto the row. metaId is empty until Meta assigns one.
The send API accepts template only when status is approved. A rejection does not debit the wallet. The category is what the estimate multiplies.
