Getting your templates approved first time
What Meta's reviewers look for, and how the template writer in Zyptos stays inside those rules.
A rejected template usually fails for a small set of reasons: the category does not match the text, variables are vague, or the message looks like a marketing blast filed as utility.
Write the category honestly
If the message sells, it is marketing. If it updates an order the customer already placed, it is utility. Filing a discount as utility is the fastest way to a rejection.
Name variables for what they are
{{1}} should be an order id or a name, not a whole sentence. Reviewers want to see sample values. Zyptos asks for those samples before it submits.
Keep opt-out obvious
Marketing templates need a clear way to stop. Mention that replies of STOP are honoured, and make sure the contact record in Zyptos actually opts them out.
